My baby is one! I can't believe how big he is, and how inquisitive and cute he is! We are going to have a little water party for both of them soon, so here are some pics of his actual birthday, which we just celebrated at our house with Grandma & Papa.
Grandma and Papa got him a rocking chair, some more books, a balloon, and a trike that he can push with his feet. Mommy & Daddy got him a water table, Tickle Monster book, and some puzzles and toys from his aunts & cousins, and more toys from his other Grandma & Grandpa that are combined with Jayden's birthday so they haven't been opened yet.
Of course, he had a blast with the bows, wrapping paper, and boxes!
By the time he was done eating he looked like a Blue Man!
At one:
He's walking, exploring everything, has two teeth, loves bringing me books, and sitting in our laps while we read, loves carrying and throwing balls (my dad has a bucket of golf balls by the garage door, and every time we come over he has to take two and bring them inside), taking baths in the sink and playing and drinking the water trickling from the faucet, LOVES his blankie, is a great sleeper (finally), can't wait for nursery (he knows where the room is and knocks on the door and tries to pry the door open with his pudgy little fingers!), loves wrestling time with Daddy, and is just the cutest! He says Mama, but only when he's whining and ready for a snuggle/nap. He always climbs up on Jayden's toddler bed and just sits there, usually with a drink or a book.
We just love our Lincolnator!
