So a few random pictures in this post.
This is of Jayden dressed up like a fireman when we went to the museum. Looks pretty good, right?

A while ago a friend and I took our boys to see Dr. Jean (a popular preschool educator/silly singer) at the library. Jayden loved it-he was clapping and dancing the whole time. She let all the kids up on stage for one song, and after that, he was dying to get on stage. He's trying with all his might to climb up there.

For play group we went bowling, which was Jayden's first time. Of course he loved it, but I would not recommend going bowling with 10 toddlers. Too many little ones that do not understand taking turns, having to share the ball, and not getting their fingers pinched as they watch the balls come out. No real tantrums though, so I guess all went well, even if some moms were wiped out.

Jayden and his best buddy waiting for a ball to come out.
I couldn't believe he could carry that ball all by himself! He wasn't quite tall enough to get the ball high enough, but he sure tried!
When Daddy heard all about how cool bowling was, he wanted to go, so for our next FHE we went again. The ball was heavier this time (we went to a different casino), so he struggled more, but still enjoyed himself.
I have to say that I love how much Brian likes to play with Jayden. He loves hearing the new things Jayden says and does, and wants to be part of it all. Just earlier this evening while we were eating dinner, Brian was saying how worn out he was and didn't feel very well. But, despite all that, he still felt well enough to request a few rounds of hide & go seek with Jayden (which is a post all in itself) so he could spend some quality time with his son before bedtime! Gotta love such a hands on daddy!
