A sample of my morning routine...
Funny Story #1: As I was outside complying with doctor's orders (I know what you're thinking, but hey-my feet are UP!), Brian came out to say hi and see how I was doing. As you can tell from the picture, I was doing quite well, but at this time I was talking to Jill on the phone, so I didn't have my book. I had floated to one edge of the pool, so Brian gave me a little push, then went inside.
So I'm talking to Jill, and then I hear a noise I recognize. I think to myself, "Is that the water pump? The cleaner shouldn't be on now, why is the pump turning on?" Then I hear the flow of water, and I realize what Brian had done. He had pushed me directly under the rock wall you see in the back of that picture, and then turned the waterfall on. I started screaming, and of course then Brian comes outside laughing his head off.
Later he mentioned that he should have pulled out the video camera, and I suggested he do it to Destiny. Ready for his response? He said, "Yeah, but she can move a lot faster than you!" Ouch.
Funny Story #2: A while ago, Brian and I were at the bank paying off our student loan-YAY! The teller was asking me the typical pregnancy questions. I told her when I was due, and she said "Oh wow, you look so tiny! I can't believe you're that close, you're barely showing!" I thanked her, and told her I was feeling huge but appreciated the comment. Then I turned more sideways, and she goes "OH, there's the baby! Oh, yup, you're definitely getting close!" It was so funny, her response made me laugh.

Living the hard life I see! :) Nice pool! This is the time of year that I really wish we had one!
i am so happy for you that you have such a beautiful place to "rest" that looks so relaxing. boys never change even when they are dads! let me know what you think about family tree. oh and we are going to read hunger games for bookclub it's supposed to be really good. you are running out of time to read! can you e-mail me your address?!

wow, i wish i had that to relax in while i was pregnant. brian was always the joker. have you been even more tired since you've been pregnant? i know how you were when you were here.
I think that looks like bedrest to me! I am so jealous! Make the most of the relaxation!
Good to see you following the dr. orders. Way to go girl. We had a fun visit with your mom and dad last weekend. We're glad to hear you are doing good (under the dr. order) Keep minding the dr.
