Fireworks & the Osborne Spectacle of Dancing Lights
Jayden loved watching the fireworks and various shows we went to. Here he is watching a performance of Beauty and the Beast at Hollywood Studios (and yes, that is his tongue sticking out-a new fun thing he likes to do).
The next pictures are of the fireworks above Cinderella's Castle. They had her castle covered in lights, which looked amazing at night.
At Hollywood Studios they put on what they called the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights. As the story goes, Arkansas resident Jennings Osborne and his family were very big on the Holidays. In 1986, Jennings asked his youngest daughter Breezy what her Christmas wish was. She replied that she would like to see their whole house covered in lights. They had quite a large house but Jennings was determined to make his daughter's Christmas dream come true. That first year the Osborne family covered their home with a modest 1000 red lights. With each passing year, the family wanted to do more. The Osbornes eventually purchased property adjacent to their own in order to expand on their newfound hobby.
The display grew to millions of lights. There were flashing lights, multi-colored lights, custom-made light sculptures and a 75 foot Christmas tree adorned by lights. This drew onlookers from all over Arkansas. Displeased by the resulting traffic jams, the local residents asked that the Osborne family stop the annual display. Legal intervention was sought, and it appeared that the Osborne's beloved tradition was about to come to an end.
Fortunately, a new home was found for this magical attraction...at Hollywood Studios!
And despite all the fun, the best part was they also had a nativity scene. I love, love, love that!
Disney World!
We got to go to Disney World with my family for Thanksgiving! We had a fabulous time, and Jayden was a real trooper! Here's the first round of pictures from our Magical Holiday!
Jill, Chloe, me, & Hannah getting ready for the teacups! Chloe is dressed up like Belle and Hannah is Minnie Mouse. Although not pictured, Paige was also dressed up like Belle, and Jayden was Santa Claus (not following the Disney theme, but still cute and festive!)
Jayden is super excited about Dumbo...can't you tell?

There are many more pics to come...so stay tuned!
Fee Fi Fo Fum
Here is Jayden and the newest thing we've discovered that makes him laugh! He is such a cheerful little guy, and his laugh can brighten any mood. Enjoy!
This picture is a few weeks old, but it is so funny I have to post it. Jayden woke up during the night, and fell asleep in the middle of a feeding. I kept trying unsuccessfully to wake him up. This is my last attempt to wake him up-I put him on the Boppy pillow and it didn't startle him at all! He kept snoozing away! I wish I could sleep that soundly!

This video is one of Jayden's first laughs. It's really blurry, but it's so darling!
Jayden & the Recliner
Jayden's new favorite place to nap is in the recliner. He fell asleep there one time while Brian was rocking him, so I thought it would be funny to put the remote in his hand for a picture.
Snoozing away to Sunday afternoon football...
This next picture is just as he woke up from a nap. He was so happy (before he realized he was hungry) and so I thought it would be funny to see if I could get a picture of him awake with the remote. What a cutie pie!
Tummy Time Videos
During tummy time today Jayden was pushing off the floor with his legs and got a really nice close up view of the carpet! Obviously he has plenty of leg muscles, now we need to do tummy time without the pillow so he can build up those arms!
